Marketing Officer – VAS Campaign Management

About the role

The Marketing Officer – VAS will support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns and retail activities across the Value Added Services portfolio, including financial services, VAS and mobile offerings. This role coordinates closely with internal teams, VAS partners, agencies and stores to deliver campaigns on time, within budget and aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, roll out and track performance of multi‑channel VAS marketing campaigns (in‑store, digital, mobile, ATL).
• Coordinate end‑to‑end briefings with partners, internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, assets, copy decks and approval processes.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and post‑campaign results, providing insights for optimisation.
• Produce and distribute monthly internal VAS marketing communications.
• Support partnership marketing initiatives, handling briefs, assets and execution for partner‑led promotions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing or campaign coordination.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, financial services, telecommunications or partnership‑based marketing is advantageous.
• Exposure to multi‑channel campaigns (in‑store, digital, mobile, ATL) preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns in a retail or commercial environment.
• Solid coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with creative assets, briefing documents and approval workflows.
• Competence in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
