Digital Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join a leading hospitality group as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, supporting a luxury brand that includes a hotel, spa, restaurants and wine experiences. You will work closely with the marketing manager and external agencies to deliver engaging online campaigns and maintain a strong digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies and the marketing manager to optimise campaign performance.
• Update website content, including offers, events and blog posts.
• Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar.
• Create email newsletters and marketing blasts using email marketing tools.
• Maintain the CRM database and audience segmentation lists.
• Track and report on website traffic, engagement metrics and campaign results.
• Coordinate photography, video and design assets for marketing initiatives.
• Support daily marketing tasks and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.

Required skills

• Google Ads or Google marketing platforms.
• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Email marketing tools.
• CRM systems.
• Basic analytics and data‑tracking capabilities.
