Digital Marketing & Client Success Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Success Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, plan and execute digital marketing strategies, and act as the main liaison between clients and our internal design, SEO, Google Ads and web development teams. The role offers exposure to a full range of digital channels and the chance to grow into a senior position within our agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of digital marketing clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Lead client meetings, prepare monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop monthly content calendars, write social media captions, create basic Canva graphics and schedule posts.
• Write blog articles, website copy and maintain a consistent brand voice for each client.
• Coordinate SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, monitor analytics and conduct keyword research.
• Optimise Google Business Profiles and support email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, development and advertising teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Identify workflow improvements and continuously develop new digital marketing skills.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copy‑writing abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable working directly with clients.
