Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help boost online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign data such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions using Excel.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot new marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in deploying new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
