Diesel Mechanic – Power Generation Specialist

About the role

Join a leading energy solutions provider and ensure reliable operation of diesel‑powered equipment and generators across South Africa. You will play a critical part in maintaining power continuity for a variety of industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on diesel engines and generators.
• Diagnose faults, conduct breakdown repairs, and restore equipment to operational status.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all interventions.
• Provide technical support while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a recognised Trade Test.
• Minimum six years’ experience with diesel engines, generators, or power‑generation equipment.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain high safety standards.
• Valid driver’s licence.
