DevOps / Cloud Engineer – Kubernetes & Azure

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer to design, build and operate our cloud-native services. The role focuses on Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines and observability across public and private cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build, deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes using ArgoCD and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Manage secrets and configuration with Vault and handle container image lifecycle and environment promotion.
• Implement and extend observability using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus and Sentry, and participate in on‑call rotations via incident.io.
• Support database replication, deployments and zero‑downtime release patterns.
• Maintain network and edge configuration including Cloudflare and dual‑ISP failover, using infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Diagnose and resolve service‑impacting incidents, documenting root causes and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions are scalable, performant and cost‑effective.
• Configure public Azure and private NTT cloud hosting and shared‑service models.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Familiarity with secret management (Vault) and container image workflows.
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Sentry).
• Understanding of database deployment strategies and zero‑downtime releases.
• Knowledge of network/edge configuration and cloud providers (Azure, Cloudflare, private cloud).
• Ability to work on‑call and manage incident response.
