Development Manager – Residential Property Delivery

About the role

Citra is seeking a Development Manager to lead residential property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s strategy, are delivered on time and stay within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property development projects from inception through to handover, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate design, technology integration, production and final delivery to meet Citra’s strategic targets.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in the built environment (e.g., Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management).
• 3‑5 years experience in residential property development covering all stages from inception to handover.
• Financial modelling competencies and a passion for innovation in construction.
