Despatch Controller

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Despatch Controller to join our logistics team. In this role you will oversee the loading process, reconcile product movements and ensure accurate stock records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the loading and reconciliation of all products.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports.
- Execute periodic stock counts.
- Coordinate the loading process with warehouse staff.
- Maintain Invocoms system records.
- Consolidate orders using Excel.
- Support internal reporting and disciplinary processes.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in stock control or a similar logistics role.
- Strong computer literacy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
