Demand Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team in Bryanston. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end demand planning process for a portfolio of products, ensuring accurate forecasts and alignment with sales, marketing and supply chain partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the statistical forecast using Forecast IQ and other modelling tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance to capture assumptions, promotions and market trends.
• Generate a consolidated demand plan each month and communicate it through the Monthly Business Planning process.
• Identify exceptions, monitor forecast performance and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain master data and system hygiene in planning tools to ensure data integrity.
• Support supply and production planning by providing reliable demand signals.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in supply chain, sales, marketing or business planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
