Delivery Recruitment Consultant – Cape Town (3 days office)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Cape Town. This position offers the chance to work with a fast‑expanding business and support the Renewable Energy sector in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases.
• Screen and assess candidates via telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide candidates with detailed role information, client background and interview preparation guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS system and manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting delivery standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or delivery consulting.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
