Deep Clean Manager

About the role

The Deep Clean Manager leads the Deep Clean Hygiene team on night shifts, ensuring the facility meets food‑safe standards for the customer. This position acts as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders and drives operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
• Deliver a daily food‑safe facility that complies with customer standards.
• Conduct inspections, micros, audits and capture customer feedback.
• Oversee site budgets and manage man‑hours according to shift schedules.
• Handle staff management, resolve HR issues, and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Promote Occupational Health and Safety and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure internal audits are completed and close out non‑conformances.
• Liaise daily with customers and support regional recruitment as needed.
• Assist in coordinating site‑level training interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cleaning or hygiene teams, preferably on night shifts.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing schedules and HR matters.
• Knowledge of food‑safety and occupational health & safety standards.
