About the role
Clicks Group is hiring a Data Capturer based in Roodepoort to capture patient profiles and confirm contact and delivery details of patients. The position is permanent and entry-level.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of existing patient information to prevent duplication, so records stay accurate and up to date
- Load new patient files onto the system correctly and on time
- Contact patients to confirm delivery details and follow up queries
- Validate patient delivery addresses
- Check the client database regularly for duplications and errors and keep it clean
- Resolve queries from internal and external customers about patient information
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- 6 months of experience in a data capturing environment
- 6 months of experience in a pharmacy or medical environment
- Good communication skills
