About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech software team where you will blend business analytics with cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence architecture. You will deliver actionable insights, build automated AI workflows and support both internal operations and client‑facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain routine management reports and operational analytics dashboards.
• Write and optimise advanced SQL queries, using stored procedures, materialised views, window functions and performance‑tuning techniques.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents that automate analytics, reporting and operational workflows.
• Implement large language models (LLMs), prompt‑engineering strategies and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) over enterprise datasets.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, internal databases and core application systems.
• Establish monitoring, evaluation metrics and safety validation protocols for AI agents.
• Construct automated workflows using process‑automation platforms and proof‑of‑concept solutions with ETL frameworks and containerisation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use version‑control systems for code and reporting collaboration.
• Collaborate across business divisions to gather functional requirements and deliver targeted data solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics and AI automation within a software environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data pipelines into clear business strategies.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, cross‑functional fintech setting.
