Data Analyst – Live Better Rewards

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, self‑motivated Data Analyst to shape the data behind Live Better Rewards, a programme with over 6.5 million active users and more than 30 retail and service partners. You will unlock insights that drive strategy, campaign design and partnership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking programme performance, client engagement and redemption behaviour.
• Conduct post‑campaign analysis to quantify business impact and understand drivers of results.
• Perform audience selection and targeting to ensure the right clients receive the right rewards.
• Analyse client and merchant data to identify new partnership opportunities and improve the rewards proposition.
• Generate insights that shape rewards strategy, campaign design, client journeys and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineering, finance and marketing to translate business needs into data solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of data analysis experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Proven track record of leading data analysis projects delivering measurable business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, data or technical field (Honours degree preferred).
• Clear criminal and credit record.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (complex queries, optimisation, large data sets).
• Python or R with data‑manipulation (pandas, numpy) and visualisation libraries.
• Tableau or Power BI for visualisation.
• Statistical methods and predictive analytics applied to financial data.
• Data modelling and risk analysis in a financial services context.
• Advanced Excel, including macros and VBA.
