About the role
One Custom is seeking data‑driven professionals who are curious about human behaviour and enjoy turning data into practical insights. The role focuses on driving better customer and business understanding through analysis, visualisation and actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and present data to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Identify key trends in large datasets and work with stakeholders to define responsive actions.
- Select appropriate models and algorithms to mine datasets and uncover customer behaviour.
- Develop and implement predictive models.
- Build repeatable analytics assets and processes to enable automation and reuse.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, statistics or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data crunching.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python/R and Microsoft Power BI.
- Self‑starter, creative problem‑solver with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
