Cyber Trainer

About the role

The Cyber Trainer will deliver hands‑on cybersecurity training entirely online to learners ranging from beginners to experienced professionals. You will guide participants through practical labs, real‑world scenarios and a structured curriculum, ensuring they acquire the skills needed for modern cyber roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions to apprentices, early‑career learners, and experienced professionals.
• Teach core topics such as network security, threat analysis, incident response, vulnerability management and secure configuration.
• Support learners through hands‑on labs, exercises, assessments and real‑world simulations.
• Prepare learners for industry certifications and related qualifications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate learner records, progress tracking and assessment documentation.
• Collaborate with curriculum and training teams to update and enhance course materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery, content quality and learner experience.
• Ensure training reflects current cyber trends, emerging threats and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong, up‑to‑date expertise across areas such as Cloud Security, Application Security, Secure Coding, AI Security & Governance, DFIR, Offensive Security, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, Information Security Management, Privacy and Security Risk.
• Ability to deliver online instruction and support learners individually in a virtual environment.
