Customer Support Trainer

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Customer Support Trainer to turn experienced service professionals into confident, client‑ready team members. You will guide new hires through virtual training, demonstrate best‑practice support processes, and provide feedback to help them succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions through Zoom.
• Introduce new hires to customer service processes, tools, and client expectations.
• Coach trainees through real‑world customer scenarios and support situations.
• Assess trainee performance and provide practical feedback.
• Help new team members build confidence before transitioning to client roles.
• Keep training materials and resources updated.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in BPO, e‑commerce, or a fast‑paced environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, or team development.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence speaking to groups and leading virtual sessions.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, easy‑to‑understand way.
• Strong listening, coaching, and feedback skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
