About the role
This position supports a well‑established company based in Rosslyn by managing the customer support line and ensuring professional communication with clients. The role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle general customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Send approvals and CADs to clients.
- Communicate production lead times to customers.
- Receive, follow up on, and report customer complaints.
- Provide feedback to customers regarding complaints and enquiries.
- Receive and communicate delivery addresses and customer information.
- Perform general administration and support for the customer support line.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and patient approach when dealing with clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and initiative.
- Basic administrative and organisational skills.
- Previous customer service or support experience is advantageous.
