Customer Success Manager – Direct Delivery Services

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will join Uber Direct’s South Africa team, working closely with central Uber Direct teams. You will drive growth of the Delivery‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) offering by building relationships with enterprise partners across food, grocery, retail and e‑commerce verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire high‑value enterprise accounts for Uber Direct.
• Communicate the Uber Direct value proposition and negotiate contracts.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles including qualification, pricing, quoting and closing.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in the CRM, provide weekly forecasts and participate in quarterly business reviews.
• Develop long‑term partner relationships and co‑create joint business plans.
• Perform financial and quantitative analyses to improve order reliability and achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in logistics or delivery services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, finance, legal and operations teams.
