Customer Success Agent

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Remind clients of monthly debt review payments and engage with them regarding unpaid accounts.
• Assist clients in finding suitable solutions, manage retention requests and required documentation.
• Provide additional assistance to clients in need and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Conduct follow‑ups to maintain client engagement and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Accurately capture all client interactions in internal systems and maintain records in line with POPIA requirements.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Work towards achieving monthly targets and KPIs while ensuring communications meet quality and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
