Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Established client seeks a health‑conscious, customer‑care oriented professional who is accurate, detail‑focused and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Safety‑minded and compliant with OHASA, the candidate should be adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and contact new clients, maintain feedback reports and verify client information.
• Handle hub payments, liaise with accounts and resolve queries on orders, short deliveries and payments.
• Process qualification orders, PV/BV transfers and commission calculations.
• Receive, pick, pack, check and dispatch goods following SOPs, ensuring correct shipping to Africa and export shipments.
• Load and off‑load trucks and containers, conduct daily/monthly stock counts and maintain FIFO stock rotation.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with at least 2 years of administrative or customer support experience.
• Strong English communication skills, good telephone etiquette and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically able to lift heavy boxes and work at heights up to 12 m.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible for early mornings, evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office suite.

• Full‑time employment with a salary range of ZAR 9,000 – ZAR 10,500 per month, dependent on experience.
