Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor will lead the admin and client service teams at our Century City office, ensuring smooth supplier database management and high-quality service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder queries and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, support and develop staff to maintain efficient supplier database administration.
• Monitor performance, attendance and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare, review and analyse database reports, guaranteeing data accuracy and providing insights to management.
• Handle stakeholder queries, offering technical support and guidance on supplier systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and service quality.
• Perform ad-hoc duties that support overall operational objectives.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient computer literacy in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-centric environment.
