Customer Service Representative (Randburg)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support the Johannesburg Sales Department by handling sales contracts, coordinating fit‑ins, and responding to client and partner inquiries. The role is based in Randburg and focuses on delivering efficient administrative and service support.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales contracts received from clients, brokers, dealers and sales consultants.
• Follow up on contract loading and arrange scheduling of fit‑ins.
• Provide statistical reports to sales consultants, fit‑in centres, brokers and dealers.
• Investigate and resolve queries from clients, fit‑in centres, dealers, brokers and sales consultants.
• Capture lead and pricing sources accurately and issue insurance certificates.
• Handle incoming calls and liaise with brokers, dealers, fit‑in centres, corporates and head‑office staff.
• Deliver service to existing and prospective customers while safeguarding the interests of both the company and the client.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple queries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
