About the role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will interact with customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product information, pricing and availability while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Perform data entry across multiple platforms and handle administrative tasks.
Work according to United States business hours.

Required profile

1‑5 years of customer service experience.
Sales background and comfort with selling.
Fluent English with an accent acceptable for US customers (including Afrikaans accent).
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.

Required skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Experience using CRM (customer relationship management) software.
