Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers across multiple communication channels. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and service requests via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report to the Team Leader or Manager and work closely with operations teams.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4) with passed maths and English; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or call‑center environment.
• High level of English proficiency (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
• Excellent communication skills, computer literate, and possess a clean criminal record.
• South African citizen, available to start as soon as possible.
