Customer Service Representative – Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and confident Customer Service Representative to support patients and their families through the programme consent process. This full‑time remote position works US EST hours and involves high‑volume outbound calling with a warm, professional approach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients or family members, introducing yourself and explaining the purpose of the call.
• Explain the programme, set expectations, answer basic questions and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport and communicate respectfully with patients and families.
• Follow up with contacts who have not completed the consent process, making multiple attempts as needed.
• Explain the consent process, obtain verbal consent, and send consent forms for signature.
• Track consent status, verify signatures, and maintain accurate records in a spreadsheet.
• Escalate issues requiring clinical or management input.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, customer service, or outbound calling (preferred).
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional demeanor.
