Customer Service Representative – Claims & Billing

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, the frontline contact for policyholders in a fast‑paced contact centre. You will process billing transactions, address inquiries and provide technical support while delivering professional, precise service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets and Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain transaction quality within predefined parameters.
• Control claim costs and minimise leakage.
• Ensure accurate reserves, payments and manage claim lifecycle.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and related correspondence on claims.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, rapport building and timely resolution of concerns.
• Perform any other essential functions directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year of experience, preferably in a customer‑service environment.
• Post‑high‑school education preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and service delivery.
• Strong communication, listening and organisational skills.
• Patience and a positive outlook when dealing with policyholders.
• Ability to work within a structured training program and collaborative team.
