Customer Service Brand Ambassador Expert (European Languages)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals with near‑native proficiency in a European language to join our Customer Love team. As a Customer Service Brand Ambassador Expert you will support customers across phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp, delivering exceptional experiences and building positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel customer support via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Respond to queries, complaints, requests and feedback in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Capture customer insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Accurately record interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately.
• Collaborate with the wider Customer Love team and adapt to changing processes.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in a European language and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, supporting customers through voice, email and live chat.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work rotational shifts (including weekends) and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
