Customer Service Brand Ambassador Expert (European Languages)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals with near‑native proficiency in a European language to join our Customer Love team. As a Brand Ambassador you will support customers across phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp, delivering a high standard of service and building positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp, responding to queries, complaints and feedback.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Capture customer insights and recurring issues to aid continuous improvement.
• Accurately record interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and meet quality, productivity and communication standards.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in a European language and fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer‑service or customer‑facing roles, including voice, email and live‑chat support.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple interactions and work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
