Customer Service Agent – US Healthcare Support

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our US healthcare support team. You will interact with members, providers and brokers, delivering accurate information and compassionate assistance through phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from members, healthcare providers and brokers with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide clear, helpful information regarding health‑care plans, claims and billing.
• Achieve personal and team performance targets.
• Participate in training and develop skills for handling more complex queries.

Required profile

• Minimum two years recent call‑center experience, preferably on a US campaign.
• Familiarity with US health‑insurance plans, claims or billing is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow‑up on projects and document actions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and strong integrity, patience and empathy.
• Willingness to work flexible US‑based shifts.
