Customer Sales Consultant – Secunda, Trichardt, Devon

About the role

The Customer Sales Consultant will act as a brand ambassador for Würth South Africa, delivering sales services and supporting existing customers across the Secunda, Trichardt, Bethal and Devon territories. The role focuses on maintaining relationships, expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Service current customers according to predetermined schedules.
• Update customer information in line with company requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Develop the territory through networking and cold‑calling.
• Collect payments and manage credit control.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Valid South African driver’s licence with a clean record.
• South African citizenship.
• Strong spoken English; Afrikaans is an advantage.
• No criminal record, clear credit history and no disciplinary records.
• Knowledge of the auto or cargo sector and key‑account management is advantageous.
