Customer Experience Graduate Programme (Tracker)

About the role

Tracker Connect offers a 12-month Graduate Development Programme for unemployed South African graduates who want practical workplace experience in a customer experience centre. Participants receive structured exposure, coaching and hands-on experience in a customer-centric environment. The programme is fixed term, located in Gauteng, and pays a minimal stipend to cover basic expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution
• Capture and update customer information
• Handle customer queries and electronic communication
• Deliver excellent customer service and support data integrity initiatives
• Develop knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
• Understand invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes and payment allocations
• Support contracting and scheduling, and develop problem-solving and customer relationship management skills

Required profile

• South African citizen with a valid ID, aged 18 to 35, with no criminal record
• Currently unemployed, not studying full-time and with no previous formal work experience
• Completed a National Diploma or degree in Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Information Systems / Data Analytics, Human Resource Management, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or another relevant commerce qualification
• Preference given to applicants from designated groups
