About the role
A Sales Call Centre Agent in Johannesburg is responsible for contacting customers, generating sales, following up on enquiries and providing basic administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding orders
- Promote products, specials and ongoing promotions
- Assist customers with product information and orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Assist with basic administrative duties and data capturing
- Respond to customer queries professionally
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Required profile
- Sales or call centre experience is an advantage
- Target-driven, confident and customer-focused
Required skills
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
