Customer Care & Outbound Specialist

About the role

The Customer Care & Outbound Specialist supports contractors throughout their entire journey, from first contact and onboarding to ongoing assistance. Working from our Foreshore office, you will combine proactive outbound outreach with inbound query handling to ensure a seamless experience for our contractor community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, managing inbound enquiries via phone, email and web‑chat.
• Make proactive outbound calls to progress registrations, compliance tasks and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, guiding contractors through registration, payroll, payments and assignment matters.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Registrations and other internal teams to resolve issues and keep processes moving.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, handle visa‑expiry processes and upload assignment schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, telesales, payroll or compliance is advantageous.
• Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of queries and sees them through to resolution.
