About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, handling each interaction with confidence and professionalism.
• Listen to, understand, and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information about Rewardsco products and services.
• Turn challenges into positive experiences by offering appropriate solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships through clear and friendly communication.
• Engage and retain customers by going the extra mile.
• Collaborate with team members and the team leader to deliver excellent service.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rewardsco.
