About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Chat Consultants to join our medical support campaign. You will provide empathetic, professional assistance to customers via live chat, helping them resolve health‑related queries during UK operational hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through live chat and other digital channels.
- Deliver solution‑driven, courteous service while maintaining accuracy.
- Handle sensitive situations calmly and follow escalation procedures when needed.
- Adhere to internal processes and uphold high service standards.
Required profile
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contact‑centre environment.
- Strong live‑chat support experience.
- Excellent written communication and typing speed.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to work rotational UK shifts (09:00‑24:00).
