Creative Designer – Automation & Generative AI

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of design craft, automation, and generative AI. You will create on‑brand assets and build the pipelines that generate hundreds of variants quickly while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign and brand assets for digital, social, and video‑adjacent formats.
• Build scalable design systems and master templates using Figma components, variables, and auto‑layout.
• Set up and run creative automation workflows with Figma APIs, plugins, and other in‑house tools.
• Direct generative AI tools (e.g., Veo3, NannoBannana) to produce production‑quality imagery and integrate outputs into cohesive designs.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, style references, and standardized workflows for consistent AI output.
• Document and champion best practices for AI and automation across the creative team.
• Ensure every asset meets brand and craft standards, balancing automation with design judgment.

Required profile

• 4+ years in creative/graphic or generative design with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma (components, variables, auto‑layout, plugin/API ecosystem).
• Proven experience building automation workflows that reduce production time.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI image/video tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong judgment to know when AI adds value and when traditional design is needed.
• A systems mindset focused on scaling assets into many variations.
