Courier – Ground Operations & Dispatch (Code 10)

About the role

FedEx is looking for a reliable Courier to support ground operations, dispatch, and delivery services. The role involves handling both domestic and international pick‑ups and deliveries while ensuring safety and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑road ground operations, including ramp and sort activities.
• Execute dispatch, pick‑up, and delivery tasks for domestic and international shipments.
• Pack, load, and unload parcels according to FedEx standards.
• Maintain accurate records of operational processes at stations and hubs.
• Provide customer service support during the delivery process.

Required profile

• Possession of a Code 14 EC driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Effective planning, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
