Cotton Gin Manager (AN 94)

About the role

The Cotton Gin Manager will lead daily cotton processing operations at our client’s farm in Roedtan, Limpopo. This role ensures efficient gin performance, equipment reliability, and smooth logistics to support high‑quality cotton production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cotton gin operations, overseeing daily processing activities.
• Supervise equipment maintenance to keep all machinery in optimal condition.
• Coordinate logistics for cotton gins, including transport and scheduling.
• Lead a team, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
• A qualification in the mechanical field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cotton and cotton‑gin operations, equipment maintenance, and logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership, reliability, honesty, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from R25,000 to R30,000 per month.
