Corporate Sales Representative – Wellness Packages and Software

About the role

This fully remote commercial position focuses on selling corporate wellness packages and Wai software to organisations in the UK and Dubai. You will develop relationships with corporate decision‑makers and manage the sales process from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Work through provided leads, research prospects and conduct calls to UK and Dubai companies.
• Qualify corporate health or software needs, present approved packages, memberships or software solutions.
• Run phone or video sales conversations and product demonstrations.
• Manage proposals, follow‑up contracts and drive the sale to closure without undue pressure.
• Maintain accurate lead status and outcomes in the CRM.
• Use only approved pricing, terms and product claims; refer clinical questions to clinicians.
• Hand over new customers to onboarding colleagues with clear records of agreements.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence speaking to UK and Dubai prospects.
• Relevant B2B sales, prospecting or corporate account management experience.
• Strong listening, organisational and resilience skills; comfortable with phone/video calls and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn two product offerings, follow training and respond to coaching.
• Honest communication, careful handling of confidential information and respect for clinical boundaries.
• A suitable remote workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
