Conveyancer and Attorney

About the role

Louise Tonkin Incorporated is seeking a qualified and admitted Conveyancer and/or Attorney to join its dynamic legal team in Florida Hills, Roodepoort. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑growing, BEE‑compliant environment that values professional excellence and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end conveyancing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide notarial services and support commercial and corporate law matters.
• Assist with High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation as required.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver timely and effective legal solutions.

Required profile

• Admitted Conveyancer and/or Attorney with a valid practising certificate.
• Strong knowledge of South African conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven capacity to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Relevant professional experience is highly valued.
