Contracts Administrator

About the role

The Contracts Administrator will support the administration and management of contracts across renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder communication, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and issue contractual notices and correspondence.
• Maintain contract records, project documentation, and notice registers.
• Monitor project costs, process purchase orders, and review invoices.
• Coordinate payment milestones, cost certificates, and variation orders.
• Support the administration of EPC, O&M, land lease, and other project agreements.
• Assist with claims management and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action logs.
• Support contract compliance and project reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience within construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy.
• Experience administering NEC, EPC, and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Strong commercial, contract management, and stakeholder management abilities.
