Contract Specialist

About the role

The Contract Specialist will manage commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and that contractual terms meet business objectives. This role works closely with customers, internal teams, and senior leadership within the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and quantify main commercial risks, develop counter‑measures, and monitor contract implementation.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, draft commercial proposals, and finalize agreements.
• Spot change opportunities, develop solutions, and lead the change execution process.
• Maintain high‑quality contract terms, create customized baseline terms, and produce internal business customs summaries.
• Conduct internal control evaluations, resolve complex front‑end and back‑end issues, and collaborate with frontline and back‑office teams.
• Perform any additional contract‑related tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication abilities and highly organized work style.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is advantageous.
