Contract Commercial Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, commercially minded professional to join our high‑performing sales team in the telecommunications sector. The role is central to managing the full contract lifecycle for active sales projects, from risk identification and proposal development through negotiation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contract processes for sales projects, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Identify contractual risks, develop practical counter‑measures, and monitor change opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate final agreements with customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and decision‑making teams to align contract activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Economics or a related field.
• Working knowledge of contract and risk management principles.
• Understanding of the telecommunications business, either through experience or strong foundational knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Structured, target‑driven approach with high personal accountability.
