Contract Commercial Manager – Pre‑Sales

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Contract Commercial Manager to support pre‑sales activities. The role ensures contracts comply with internal risk and authorization policies while driving commercial negotiations and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret Huawei’s internal risk, authorization rules and policies, guiding sales project teams and monitoring the Sales Decision Team (SDT) for compliance.
• Identify and quantify commercial risks, develop counter‑measures and oversee contract implementation.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, draft commercial proposals for tenders and prepare final agreements.
• Spot change opportunities, devise solutions, participate in negotiations and manage the change process.
• Maintain high‑quality contract terms, create customized baseline terms and internal business customs summaries.
• Conduct internal control evaluations, address complex front‑end and back‑end issues, and collaborate with frontline and back‑office teams to resolve problems.
• Perform any additional contract‑related tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience in contract or risk management.
• Good command of English with strong communication and target‑orientation.
• Basic understanding of the telecommunications business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
