Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. This full‑time, on‑site role in Cape Town combines creative content production with strategic social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, the in‑house graphic designer and external marketing consultants to shape the brand’s voice.
• Monitor and manage social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) and schedule content using planning tools.
• Develop annual and monthly content calendars, identify trends, holidays and business events for timely posts.
• Plan and execute online promotions, contests and audience‑engagement initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and refine strategies.
• Produce graphic assets, photograph and film daily business activities, edit images and short videos for reels, stories and other formats.
• Design newsletter layouts in Mailchimp and leverage AI tools for efficient content creation.
