Content Creator

About the role

Pedros is looking for a Content Creator to bring its brands, food and customer experiences to life. You will turn briefs and ideas into short-form videos, photographs and social content, working under the Content Manager and alongside the videographer. It is a hands-on creative role needing strong ideas, an eye for detail and the ability to shoot and edit across many formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, hooks, simple scripts and shot lists from campaign briefs and the content calendar, adapting them to each brand's voice and audience
• Identify social trends, formats and customer moments and propose quick-to-produce ideas
• Shoot video and photos on mobile for Reels, TikTok, Stories and similar formats, styling food and capturing authentic store, team and customer moments
• Prepare equipment, products, props and locations before shoots and help the videographer with concepts, scripts and coordination
• Edit mobile footage into polished short-form content with pacing, captions, audio and a strong hook, create versions for different platforms and aspect ratios, and write supporting captions and copy
• Review results and feedback with the Content Manager and digital team, and keep footage and assets well organised

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relevant content creation experience
• A strong portfolio showing photography, short-form video and editing, with evidence of taking content from concept to finished asset
• Food, restaurant, retail or lifestyle content experience is advantageous
• A relevant qualification in content creation, film, photography, marketing or a related field is advantageous

Required skills

• Practical experience with content editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent
• Strong understanding of platform formats, storytelling, hooks and captions
