Marketing Manager - Head Office

About the role

Lazarus Motor Company is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover the complete marketing function at its head office, including the work behind the scenes. The position starts as soon as possible and covers the group's automotive brands, the dealership network and digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy and group positioning, and create marketing plans that support commercial objectives
• Coordinate campaigns across the dealership network and manage multi-brand and manufacturer marketing in line with OEM requirements
• Oversee websites, Google Business Profiles, SEO, paid search, social media, online reputation and customer reviews
• Manage lead generation, lead allocation and follow-up with the call centre and sales teams
• Brief and manage agencies and suppliers, and monitor service levels
• Monitor marketing spend, campaign results and lead performance, and prepare management reports
• Plan and run launches, test drives, promotions, events and customer communications
• Handle campaign approvals, calendars, brand assets, invoices and reporting deadlines

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience, preferably in automotive, retail, franchise or multi-brand environments
• At least 1 year of experience in vehicle administration
• Ability to work under pressure, be target driven and highly organised
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management, dealerships, manufacturers and agencies
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and work across departments

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, customer databases, analytics and marketing automation
• Ability to analyse campaign performance, leads, engagement and customer acquisition metrics
