Consultant – Long Term Share Plans (HR Reward & Performance)

About the role

The Consultant – Long Term Share Plans will join the HR Reward & Performance function, reporting to the Manager Share Scheme Administration. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end coordination of the Group’s share and cash incentive plans and for maintaining strong relationships with finance, legal, tax and business partners across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s share and cash plan activities, including data provision for IFRS 2 reporting and deferred tax calculations.
• Prepare plan documentation such as flyers, grant letters and market announcements in collaboration with legal and the company secretariat.
• Coordinate resolutions for the Cash and Share Plan Committee and Trustees, and support the release of award nominations with local reward teams.
• Handle employee queries, provide guidance on plan rules, leaver provisions and award releases.
• Deliver training and communication materials to participants, HR Business Partners and Reward leads.
• Ensure compliance with local reporting deadlines and maintain accurate plan data in partnership with HR, finance, tax and external service providers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to business‑as‑usual processes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in share or cash incentive plan administration, preferably within a large, multi‑national organisation.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS 2 reporting requirements.
• Understanding of deferred tax accounting related to share‑based compensation.
• Experience with share plan data management and administration.
