About the role
The role involves efficiently handling standard branch banking transactions and providing clients with guidance on the bank’s products and services. It is a six‑month fixed‑term position based in Musina.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process and document routine branch banking transactions.
- Promote and advise clients on the bank’s product and service offerings.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) with FAIS RE5 certification; banking certificate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a consultant/teller or 3 years in another financial institution; Forex experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Familiarity with digital banking channels and online applications.
- Strong client‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
